Terms of Service
We strive to maintain high standards of customer service. Please do not
hesitate to contact us either through email
or by phone if you need to return your merchandise or if you have a question
about something we're offering on the website.
Our policies are as below:
Privacy
We respect your privacy, and will not give, sell or rent any email
addresses or other personal or private information to any organization. Our
order process is SSL secured, so you can be assured that your credit card
information is secure. If you prefer to call the store with your order, you
may do so. Our phone number is (586) 749-5553. The store hours are: Tuesdays - Saturdays, 10-5 EST,
Sundays, 10-4. We're closed on Mondays.
Payment
We accept credit card payments through PayPal. You may pay with
your VISA, MC, Discover or American Express (regular, not corporate) credit
cards. All payments are secure. When you complete your shopping
with us, simply click on your shopping cart and you will be guided through the
process. If you're already a PayPal member, simply enter your member ID
and password and your payment will be processed.
We also accept payment with a money order or personal check. There is
a 10-day hold on shipping if you pay by personal check, however. Call the
store at 586-749-5553 and we'll be happy to take
your order.
Returns
Unless the merchandise is advertised "as is", you may return your
item in its original packing box and material within 30 days of
purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot pay the return shipping charge.
We will exchange the merchandise or credit your credit card for the cost of
the merchandise plus any taxes you may have paid. Please call us first
at (586) 749-5553 to make the arrangements for returns.
As-is Merchandise
Any merchandise that is marked as-is, including merchandise on pages that
are designated "as-is" items, is non-refundable or returnable.
Shipping/Handling
Unless marked otherwise, we ship Priority Mail via USPS. Unfortunately, at this time we ship
only to the lower 48 states in the United States. We ship on
regular business days.
All orders over $100.00 receive free shipping (for the continental U.S. only).
