Terms of Service
We strive to maintain high standards of customer service. Please do not
hesitate to contact us either through email
or by phone if you need to return your merchandise or if you have a question
about something we're offering on the website.
Our policies are as below:
Privacy
We respect your privacy, and will not give, sell or rent any email
addresses or other personal or private information to any organization. Our
order process is SSL secured, so you can be assured that your credit card
information is secure.
Payment
We accept credit card payments through PayPal. You may pay with
your VISA, MC, Discover or American Express (regular, not corporate) credit
cards. All payments are secure. When you complete your shopping
with us, simply click on your shopping cart and you will be guided through the
process. If you're already a PayPal member, simply enter your member ID
and password and your payment will be processed.
Returns
Unless the merchandise is advertised "as is" or is special order,
i.e. manufactured per order, you may return it in its original packing box and material within 30 days of
purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot pay the return shipping charge.
We will exchange the merchandise or credit your credit card for the cost of

As-is and Manufactured Merchandise
Any merchandise that is marked as-is, including merchandise on pages that
are designated "as-is" items, is non-refundable or returnable. Any
merchandise that is made to order, i.e. fleece blankets and embroidered items
is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping/Handling
We ship only to the U.S. and its territories. For continental U.S. orders, unless marked otherwise, we ship Priority Mail via
USPS. We ship on
regular business days 1-3 days from the order receipt. For AK and HI, please email for shipping
quotes. We do not ship overseas due to the cost of shipping.
